Access You can request a copy of the personal information that we maintain about you.

Correction In addition to the capability to correct inaccurate personal information identified in “Access/Accuracy” above (8.0), DailyPay will assist your employer or in our own discretion, directly correct valid requests to correct inaccurate personal information, to the extent doing so is neither impossible nor requires disproportionate efforts.

Withdraw Consent/Deletion You may withdraw consent for DailyPay to use or communicate your personal information. DailyPay does so by deleting the personal information we have at that time, with limited exceptions to retain a record of the request and processing of the request in compliance with applicable law. We may receive additional information from your employer. To ensure we delete the data we have and no longer receive your data, complete submission of the Privacy Form and inform your employer that you no longer wish for your data to be shared with DailyPay. Please note, this decision will permanently remove access from the DailyPay benefit from this email address and phone number and is not reversible once complete. You will not be able to create an account with DailyPay in the future with the same account credentials. If your goal is to only unsubscribe from DailyPay emails with the ability to use DailyPay in the future, simply select the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a received DailyPay email.

Opting In and Opting Out of Promotional Messages. You may choose not to receive future promotional or advertising emails or text messages from us by completing this Privacy Form. You may also do so any of the following methods: selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of such emails texting STOP to opt-out of such text messages, or contacting us as identified in our Privacy Policy controlling your notiﬁcations in your account settings. If you opt-out of receiving the foregoing emails or text messages, we may still send you a response to any Contact Us request as well as administrative emails necessary to facilitate your use of our Services (for example, in connection with a password reset request, an email/text message veriﬁcation, or a payment-related email/text message).
